Ginny Bolling, SR/WA

Founder and CEO of Pivotal Real Estate Investments

Ginny has been in real estate forty (40) years, most of which was managing teams acquiring over 600 properties for public infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, telecom). This means she and her teams have worked with appraisals and real estate experts, negotiating values and damages against opposing attorneys on all kinds of properties for much of her career. This has conditioned her to be a detail and solutions-oriented team player. She was formerly a real estate appraiser valuing commercial real estate, flipped houses, been (and still is) a buy-and-hold investor, and to date, has held a real estate broker license for over thirty (30) years.

While Ginny has had many various personal investments over the years, she launched Pivotal Real Estate Investments to scale up and help others acquire commercial real estate investments that build wealth and income at the same time. She has a passion for building better communities and urban renewal and serves on several committees to assist with housing and redevelopment on the State and local levels. She serves on the Board of Valhalla Villas; a project to build housing for adults with autism and assists with various other nonprofits.

Mark is a Strategic Partner with over 30-years experience as an architect, project manager, owner and advisor on real estate. He is the President and Founder of Shuler Architecture, Inc and Shuler Group Real Equity. He has completed over 500 projects in over 15 states and specializes in design, underwriting (analyses) and due diligence, but he is a well-rounded expert in all things real estate. Mark has a passion to help international aid and economic development for those in remote or underserved areas around the world, mainly providing medical assistance and water purification.

Catherine is an Advisor who has mentored thousands of people in North America. Through Titan Impact Group, she is a builder/developer, buy and hold investor, mobile home park and distressed debt investor.
